A link will be sent to you. There will be a total of eight 90-minute Sessions. Sessions are $40 per session or $300 for eight sessions. Snacks and refreshments are provided. Groups will be from 5 pm to 6:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You must be available when the group session is available to participate. Register now.
